I’m ill. Estou doente.
I’m not feeling well, doctor. Não me sinto bem, senhor doutor.
I have a sore throat. Tenho dores de garganta.
I have a stomach ache. Tenho dores de estômago.
I have got a temperature. Tenho temperatura/febre.
I have got a bad pain in my chest. Tenho uma grande dor no peito.
I have got a bad cough. Tenho muita tosse.
I have a bad cold. Estou muito constipado.
I’ve lost my appetite. Perdi o apetite.
I can’t sleep. Não consigo dormir.
I think I’ve got flu. Penso que tenho gripe.
I think I’ve broken my (foot). Penso que parti (o pé).
I want to send for a doctor. Quero mandar chamar um medico.
I would like to see a doctor. Quero ver/consultar um medico
I must go to the hospital. Tenho que ir para o hospital.
I’m in terrible pain. Tenho imensas dores.

There’s nothing seriously the matter with you. Não tem nada de grave.
